Social Enterprise Link (SEL) and Community Empowerment (CEL) were the co-signatories to the agreement with SEUK when Solent became a certified social enterprise place.

The lead organisations operate hub's in Southampton and Portsmouth and would welcome organisational and individual membership to help develop Social, Cooperative, Community, and trading charity enterprises in the area. Social Enteprise Link (Wessex) CIC is a member of SEUK.

The project Solent Social Enterprise Zone will review its strategic aims and methods of implimentation regularly with all partners, stakeholders and interested parties.
